Shipping policy

Orders typically ship by the 10th of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your letter is on its way.

To keep your membership accessible, each delivery is sent via stamped mail. Because of this, tracking is not included and delivery times may vary.

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before the monthly cutoff date, as changes can’t be made once orders are in production.

Once your letter has been sent, postal delays and delivery issues are outside of our hands. That said, if it doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, feel free to reach out. We’ll always do what we can to make it right, including offering a replacement when available.
